Support Worker Complex Care (Male Applicants Only)
Location: Crewe | Shifts: 12-hour day(8am8pm) | Bank Shifts

? About the Role:
We're searching for a reliable, supportive male support worker to work alongside a vibrant young man in his early 30s. Friendly, easy-going, and full of humour, he values his independence and takes pride in keeping a clean, organised, pet-free home.
He's a university student (Tuesdays & Fridays), a dedicated dad who loves time with his daughters, and someone who truly enjoys positive, respectful connections with his team. Using a powered wheelchair, he's fully independent with mobility and communicates clearly, making teamwork smooth and rewarding.

As part of your role, you'll:
Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
Carry out clinical care (including cough assist and oral suctioning full training provided)
Support with medication management
Help with moving and handling
Perform light domestic tasks, including cooking
Drive the client's vehicle for university trips and community outings
What We're Looking For:
A kind, caring, and respectful approach
Reliability and flexibility to work shifts
Good communication skills
A full, clean UK driving licence (essential for this role)
A willingness to learn and develop complex care skills
