Shift pattern: 4 on, 4 off – 9:30pm to 5:00am

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in the heart of Edinburgh. If you’ve got an eye for detail, a passion for high standards, and the ability to lead a team, this is your opportunity to shine.
What you’ll do:
* Lead the cleaning team to deliver a spotless, professional service
* Train new team members and support their development
* Maintain high standards across restrooms, kitchens, and offices
* Monitor supplies and escalate maintenance issues
* Follow all safety and hygiene procedures
What you’ll bring:
* Cleaning experience (supervisory experience is a bonus)
* A positive, hands-on approach
* Strong communication and team leadership skills
