Audiologist – Harrogate (HG1 2QZ) & York (YO1 6JH)
3 days / 24 hours per week (Monday, Thursday & Friday)
Circa £60k per annum + £3k car allowance (pro rata for part time hours)

What makes this role special?
As our Audiologist covering both Harrogate and York practices, you’ll have the time and space to do things properly.
* 15-minute hearing health checks to identify needs and build rapport
* 75-minute hearing care examinations to dive deep into your clients’ lifestyle, preferences, and hearing goals
This extended appointment structure allows you to build trust, understand each individual, and recommend the most suitable solutions—without rushing.
What you will be doing:
* Carrying out hearing care examinations to the highest clinical standards
* Following all current HCPC and BSA testing guidelines
* Collaborating closely with your practice team to deliver obsessively great service throughout the Bayfields client journey
* Educating clients about their hearing health and empowering them to make informed decisions
* Supporting a seamless experience across both Harrogate and York locations
What we are looking for:
* HCPC-registered Audiologist with a passion for person-centred care
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative, client-first environment
