What We’re Looking For
* Registered Nurse Qualification & Valid UK NMC Pin – Desirable
* Proven Experience Managing Large Nursing Homes – Strong leadership Nursing Home settings.
* CQC & Compliance Expertise – Experience in leading inspections and driving quality improvements.
* Business & Financial Acumen – Skilled in budget management, occupancy growth, and financial planning.
* Safeguarding & Risk Management – Ensuring resident safety, quality assurance, and incident resolution.
* Team Leadership & Development – Ability to recruit, train, and retain a skilled and motivated care team.
* Excellent Communication & Relationship-Building – Confident in engaging with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
