Our innovative client specialises in bespoke retail solutions and operations, helping brands leverage physical spaces to pilot new concepts and initiatives.\n\nWe're searching for an experienced Creative Project Manager to join their team and drive high-impact retail and experiential projects across the UK!\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nAs our Creative & Build Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the seamless execution of transformative projects. \n\nLead Projects from Concept to Completion: Act as the essential link between internal teams, clients, and a trusted network of suppliers.\nTranslate Creative Briefs into Actionable Plans: Turn visionary ideas into practical steps while managing workflows and ensuring flawless on-site execution.\nManage Budgets and Timelines: Keep a close eye on project budgets (£100k+) and timelines, ensuring quality and commercial success without compromise.\nFoster Relationships: Build strong, positive relationships with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth operations and top-notch service throughout the project lifecycle.\nOversee Post-Installation Performance: Ensure long-term value and continuous improvement after each activation, creating exceptional brand experiences.\nMentor and guide more Junior members of the team.
\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nWe seek a detail-oriented, energetic individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. You should have:\n\nPrevious experience managing production-led projects, ideally in retail, experiential, or creative build environments.\nProject Lifecycle Management Skills: A strong grasp of managing projects from concept development to installation\nExcellent client/customer facing skills and experience: Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills, including contract negotiation and relationship building\nPrevious experience managing/mentoring more junior members of staff\nThe ability to manage budgets effectively while seeking ways to increase profit and reduce costs\nAbility to think on your feet, juggle multiple deadlines, and remain solutions-focused under pressure\nKnowledge of print processes, materials, POS fabrication, and production best practices would be an advantage \n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nCompetitive Salary & Bonus: We offer a competitive salary plus bonuses and benefits.\nCollaborative Environment: Our people are at the heart of what we do.
