Role Title: Marketing Insights & Analytics Manager (Group)
Reporting to: Marketing Director
We’re looking for a self confessed marketing data geek to join our dynamic team. You'll be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making, turning complex data sets into actionable insights that support delivery of our commercial goals. We're seeking a strategic thinker that can effectively communicate findings to optimize campaigns, strengthen our understanding of our vast and varied audiences, and ultimately drive business growth You’ll have a proven track record in marketing analytics, and a knack for translating insights into compelling strategies and recommendations across a range of stakeholders to drive change.
THE ROLE
This role forms a key part of our Shared Services Marketing Team working across both Village Hotels and Village Health & Wellness.
Key tasks include
1. Use analytics platforms to conduct in-depth analysis of campaigns and channel performance to provide clear and concise insights into channel performance and trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
2. Develop, and maintain marketing performance and customer insight dashboards and reports, providing regular insights to the wider marketing teams and business unit leaders.
