As Senior Podiatrist, you’ll work alongside the Business Owner to lead innovation, mentor colleagues, and help drive the clinic’s growth and reputation. Whether your current focus is advanced MSK care, diabetic limb preservation, surgery, or holistic patient journeys, you’ll find the ideal environment to excel, contribute, and make a real difference.*Duties** *Provide expert clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management* of patients with a wide range of foot, ankle, and lower limb presentations, including complex MSK, wound care, diabetic complications, and minor surgical cases.* *Play a central role in the clinic’s strategic development:* Collaborate with the leadership team on new service launches, digital health innovation, and quality improvement initiatives.* *Champion evidence-based practice*-lead clinical audits, protocol development, and ensure best-in-class care standards.* *Mentor and supervise junior podiatrists, students, and assistants;* deliver in-house CPD and foster an open, collaborative learning culture.* *Enhance patient experience:* Drive initiatives to optimise access, satisfaction, and outcomes; handle clinical complaints with compassion and professionalism.* *Engage with community stakeholders*-develop relationships with local GPs, NHS services, and other allied health teams, representing City Centre Chiropody with expertise and integrity.* *Participate in business and operational meetings,* offering insight into workflow improvement, patient journey optimisation, and growth strategies.* *Promote the clinic’s values:* Deliver confidential, personalised care in our modern, calm, and accessible setting.*Experience**Essential:** BSc (Hons) in Podiatry (or equivalent) and current HCPC registration.* Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience, with proven competency in advanced podiatric practice (e.g. MSK, diabetes, minor surgery).* Evidence of commitment to continuing professional development (CPD).* Excellent communication, mentorship, and leadership skills.* Strong IT competency and familiarity with digital patient management tools.* *Desirable:** Independent prescribing rights and/or additional postgraduate qualifications.* Track record in service development, quality improvement, or business initiatives.* Experience in multidisciplinary or community healthcare environments.* Willingness and ability to contribute to patient education, marketing, or outreach initiatives.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: £39,000.00-£52,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 32 – 40 per weekBenefits:* Company events* Cycle to work scheme* Employee discount* Employee mentoring programme* Health & wellbeing programme* Private medical insurance* Profit sharing* Relocation assistanceApplication question(s):* Informal discussions or pre-application enquiries are warmly welcomed.Work Location: In personReference ID: Senior Podiatrist
