The UK represents 85% of turnover with the remaining 15% being exported to Europe, Middle East, SE Asia, and Australasia. The main product segments include ventilation, heating, cooling, and lighting and are sold and installed into the commercial market with education representing the largest sector. Key influencers include Main Contractors, Consultants and M&E contractors. With significant investment being made in R&D, the product range is continuing to develop and is recognised by winning several prestigious awards.
This position would suit an experienced and motivated Project Engineer to oversee the successful execution of projects from the order stage through to commissioning. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, ensure product compatibility with client buildings and specifications, maintaining and prompting client relations, whilst providing technical support to proprietary products and services. The role will require a high level of both technical and communication skills with commitment to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or a related field)
Duties will include, but not limited to:
• Project Management: Oversee projects from order to commissioning, ensuring all stages meet the company’s standards and client expectations.
• Information Verification: Obtain and verify the latest project information to ensure the compatibility of ordered items with the client’s building specifications.
• Client Relations: Manage client expectations, create and adhere to delivery schedules, and guarantee timely delivery of goods.
• Technical Support: Offer technical support to both colleagues and clients regarding product performance and installation procedures.
• CAD Design: Produce CAD working and manufacturing drawings for bespoke items, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
Education
We are seeking a highly qualified candidate with a strong educational background in engineering. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or a related field) from an accredited institution. This is an exciting role, a market leading company.
