Overview: This role exists to support the successful delivery of projects on the Tech roadmap, while also co-ordinating projects that are wanting to be added to the tech roadmap, providing the “first gate” and ensuring collaboration across tech to certify that we are focussing and working on the right projects. This role will support the Senior Project Manager in larger program of works such as the IRL Retail lever. While keeping stakeholders involved and updated across any project you are overseeing. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Responsible for: Ensuring all project documentation, such as project Initiation documents, status reports, RAID logs are recorded and up to date Supporting the senior project manager (tech) on the delivery of larger projects of work (i.e. IRL Retail lever) Monitor and control risks, issues and project deviations, highlighting unresolved actions to project sponsors and escalating where necessary to the delivery manager to ensure timely resolution Build strong relationships with a range of people across the business, identifying upcoming projects, updating them on project progress and aligning functional dependencies to ensure tech projects are delivered on time Assisting the Delivery Manager to maintain an accurate view of the Tech roadmap, to provide transparency on current and future priorities and timelines Identify and implement new ways of working which improve our ability to manage projects and collaborate across the team Work with relevant teams to identify and remove any project bottlenecks Identify opportunities to improve the team’s efficiency and current processes You will be accountable for: The development of collaborative relationships withs with all Gymshark business functions Driving knowledge sharing and good practice across all internal stakeholder groups Keeping up to date with legal developments as part of your CPD WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Essential Criteria: Considerable experience of coordinating projects within a dynamic and fast paced programme environment Solution-orientated mindset with an ability to work accurately at pace and cope with ambiguity Exceptional organization and communication skills (both verbal and written), with high attention to detail Exceptional stakeholder management skills A forward-thinking individual, always looking to improve ways of working The ability to thrive independently in a high-pressure environment Knowledge of project management frameworks (such as PRINCE2, CCPM, Lean, XPM, Scrum and Waterfall) with the ability to identify the most suitable for the team/project being managed Strong IT literacy with the ability to use relevant software packages (e.g. Microsoft office suite and project management platforms) Ability to communicate at all levels [up to Chief-level]
