Customer Success Manager - SaaS
This is a remote role but ideally you'll be able to come into London regularly
Up to £50k base (maybe some flex for the right candidate) + OTE

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary partner for a portfolio of sophisticated global clients. You won't just be \"managing accounts\"; you will be ensuring our users can navigate shifting global landscapes by fully leveraging our predictive intelligence platform.
The Role:
* Classic CSM role in that you'll be the primary point of contact managing accounts, being the day2day point of contact, renewals and upselling
* This role differs in that there is a bigger focus on the commercials as they develop new product they will want you to spot opportunities to upsell
* Product onboarding and adoption
* Be the product advocate act as the \"voice of the customer,\" relaying feedback to our Product and Data Science teams to influence the roadmap of their tools.
Requirements:
* You must currently (or very recently) be a CSM role a SaaS vendor ideally from a start up
* You should also be dealing with 10-20 accounts, no more than 30 with a focus on enterprise
* Have been managing renewals and upselling yourself
* Happy to come into London to meet clients on a regular basis
