You will ensure that our client’s operations run smoothly and efficiently, driving both customer satisfaction and business success. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering excellence, this position is perfect for you.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Strategic Planning and Execution:\n\nDevelop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
Analyze market trends and forecast demand to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials. Reviewing and updating supply chain practices in line with company policies, standards, laws and regulations\n\n * Supplier Relationship Management:\n\nCultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure the best possible deals. Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards.\n\n * Inventory Management:\n\nOversee inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Utilise demand planning tools and inventory control techniques to optimise stock levels and reduce waste.\n\n * Logistics and Distribution:\n\nManage logistics operations ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products. Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline distribution processes and reduce transportation costs. Tracking goods from the origination point to delivery in the warehouse.\n\n * Team Leadership:\n\nLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovative solutions and efficient workflows. Providing training and supervision to employees under you.\n\n * Risk Management:\n\nIdentify potential risks within the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.\n\n * Data Analysis and Reporting:\n\nUtilise data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insightful reports.
