Job Opportunity: Employment Legal Counsel
Our client is a leading wealth manager seeking an experienced employment legal counsel to join its EMEA Legal & Compliance team in London.
Responsibilities:
* Advise on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters across the EMEA region.
* Handle employee relations issues such as grievances, performance management, disciplinaries, flexible working requests, redundancies, and mutual separation agreements.
* Manage TUPE transfers, Employment Tribunal and Labour Court litigation, and ACAS early conciliation procedures.
* Contribute to regulatory projects including Gender Pay Gap reporting, SMCR, and Modern Slavery Act compliance.
Qualifications:
* Qualified and trained at a top City law firm.
* Minimum of 2 years' PQE advising Financial Services clients.
* Secondment experience is a plus but not mandatory.
