This role is on a zero-hours contract, and you will be working overnight shifts, from 10 pm until 6:30 am.
As a Receptionist for The Belfry Hotel & Resort, you will make it your number one priority to deliver an outstanding, lasting impression to all guests arriving and leaving the resort. No task is too big or small when it comes to our guests’ needs.
As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuring the efficient running of reception on a daily basis
2. Registering guests into the hotel and checking them out, depositing valuables into the hotel safe
3. Issuing guest keys while adhering to hotel policy
4. Providing excellent guest service, resolving problems as they arise, and identifying opportunities to make guests’ experiences memorable and enjoyable
About you
* Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional experiences to each guest
* Experience working in a hotel is preferred but not necessary
* Experience working with Opera is preferred but not essential
