Digital Marketing Specialist - B2B
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping our marketing strategy, driving customer retention, and improving lead generation. You’ll own the CRM and marketing automation platform, oversee email marketing, paid social, and SEO/PPC, and ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage the CRM system and marketing automation tools to enhance lead nurturing and customer engagement. Optimising data integrity, segmentation, and GDPR compliance to improve campaign effectiveness is also a key part of this role. You will also manage paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads to enhance brand awareness and acquisition.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in CRM management, email marketing, and marketing automation. (Pardot experience preferred)
* Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, and paid social media campaigns.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise marketing strategies.
* Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in tech, SaaS, or AI-driven industries (preferred but not required).
* Knowledge of GDPR compliance and best practices for CRM data management.
