Job Title: Conveyancing Paralegal

Overview:
We are currently partnering with a well-established and highly respected law firm in Central Manchester to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and professional residential property team, handling a broad range of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
The Role:
Working closely with qualified solicitors and conveyancers, you will be responsible for supporting a busy residential conveyancing caseload, with opportunities to manage your own files under supervision. This role is perfect for a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with residential sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold properties
* Preparing contract packs, carrying out title checks, and ordering searches
* Drafting standard legal documents such as transfers and completion statements
* Managing client communications and maintaining regular updates
* Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
* Handling post-completion tasks including Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions
* Maintaining accurate case files on the firm’s case management system
About You:
* Minimum of 12 months’ experience working in a residential conveyancing environment
* Strong understanding of the end-to-end conveyancing process
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
* IT literate with experience using conveyancing case management systems
* A legal qualification (e.g. Law degree, LPC, CILEX) is desirable but not essential
