Rate of Pay: £13.26 - £17.22 per hour
Summary:
The Transport & Allowances Officer role focuses on supporting recruitment activities and helping ensure students across Plymouth have access to school transport services. This is a varied role requiring strong organisational skills, initiative, and excellent communication.
Responsibilities
* Manage recruitment processes for Agency and PCC Passenger Assistants
* Organise interviews and coordinate recruitment activities
* Handle required documentation, including uploading and tracking candidate progress
* Liaise with prospective candidates and respond to enquiries
* Support successful candidates with completing onboarding paperwork
* Travel across Plymouth to distribute recruitment materials
Essentials:
* Full clean UK driving licence
* Access to a vehicle for travel across Plymouth
* Previous recruitment or administrative experience
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages
* Ability to work independently and use own initiative

* You should have right to work in U.K
* This role requires a Basic DBS
