Part Time Sales Administrator Role
* Supporting the Sales Executives and Retail Managers with completing various administrative tasks such as completing finance proposals and FCA documentation
* Manage daily tasks, update reports, and handle calls and emails efficiently
* Answer front‑line calls and queries, greet guests, offer refreshments, and liaise with external vendors for maintenance or supplies
* Handle petty cash and credit card statements, process invoices, maintain filing systems, and update internal records/databases
* Support internal quality checks and maintain accurate documentation
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in a motor‑trade Sales Administrator or similar role is strongly preferred
* Excellent administrative skills with proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments
* Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail—essential for managing invoicing, stock control, and compliance
* Experience producing accurate reports and interpreting financial information is a plus
