About the Role:
As a Senior Practitioner Occupational Therapist, you will:
* Lead on complex cases, carrying a complex caseload to include major adaptations under Disabled Facilities Grants (DFGs), moving and handling and postural assessments
* Advise and support OTs with complex casework, as required
* Lead OT Peer Supervision groups
* Work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams to promote functional independence, wellbeing, and inclusive practice for adults with diverse needs
* Work alongside OT Team Managers to share clinical expertise

About You:
You are an HCPC-registered occupational therapist with substantial post-qualification experience in adult social care.
You have:
* Proven experience in adult social care and complex case management
* A strong commitment to person-centred, strengths-based approaches
* Ability to lead on complex casework, and risk assessments
* Passion for empowering individuals to live meaningful lives
* Skills in mentoring, clinical supervision, and evidence-informed practice
* In- depth knowledge of legislation including, but not exclusive to, the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, Housing, and Moving and Handling
* Excellent communication, decision-making, and partnership working abilities
Due to the nature of the role, being a car driver is essential.
