Primary Class Teacher - Year 4

GSL Education is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Primary Class Teacher to join a wonderful primary school in Swanage. This is a full-time teaching role for a Year 4 class, starting immediately, with the position being fixed-term until the end of this academic year. However, there is the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering engaging and creative lessons to Year 4 students.
* Providing a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal development.
* Planning and preparing high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
* Assessing, tracking, and reporting on students’ progress.
* Building positive relationships with parents and carers to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
* Collaborating with a supportive and experienced team of educators.
About You:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Passionate about teaching and nurturing young minds.
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum especially KS2.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with children, staff, and parents.
* A creative and flexible approach to teaching.
