Finance Analyst
Location: North Chailey, (Hybrid / Onsite)
Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

The Role
* Producing and analysing monthly management accounts
* Supporting the month-end close and budgeting/forecasting cycles
* Building strong relationships with budget holders, acting as a trusted advisor
* Developing dashboards, reports and visual tools that add real value
* Working with the Finance Business Partner and Head of Finance to support decision-making and planning
* Improving reporting processes and promoting consistency and automation
* Supporting statutory accounts, audits and other compliance returns
Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in a financial analysis or management account's role
* Strong Excel skills and confidence working with finance systems
* Highly organised, proactive and detail-focused
* Able to work independently and explain financial information clearly
* Comfortable working in a changing environment with opportunities to shape and improve ways of working
* AAT qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) (Desirable)
