About the role
We are looking for a Sales Manager at EDEN MOTOR GROUP who can drive and develop business, increase sales performance and provide dynamic leadership to the sales team. This role supports a customer‑focused, team‑player culture and aligns with our commitment to a ‘Better World of Motoring’ and a ‘Better World of Work’ for colleagues.
Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer care.
* Develop retail sales and marketing strategies, planning, organising and coordinating activities.
* Drive and develop business growth, boosting sales performance across the portfolio.
* Maintain a positive and dynamic leadership style, inspiring the team.
Qualifications
* Proven and successful track record as a hands‑on Sales Manager in the motor trade.
* Strong flair for effective retail sales and marketing.
* Expertise in planning, organising and superb communication skills.
* Customer‑focused mindset with a team‑player attitude.
