Rate: Up to £27,648 + £3,000 car allowance
Join us as our new Behaviour Support Practitioner.
In this role, you will play a key role in supporting people who display behaviours of concern and the colleagues who care for them.
You will develop, deliver, and evaluate training programmes from both psychological and physical perspectives.
You will also support our care home based colleagues to develop behaviour support plans, review behaviour records, and role model effective management of behaviours of concern.

About The Role
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you'll provide training and visit our homes to offer effective behaviour support based on people's identified needs.
This is an exciting opportunity to use your training, coaching, and positive behaviour support skills to make a real difference.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the development, delivery, and evaluation of training programmes.
2. Supporting care homes to organize and deliver training to meet company targets.
3. Using excellent presentation skills to communicate new and complex concepts to staff at all levels.
4. Measuring and evaluating learning outcomes and embedding learning into practice.
5. Supporting clinical teams to reduce violence and the use of restrictive interventions.
6. Providing support to colleagues managing behaviour during difficult times.
7. Reviewing incident statistics and reports, providing support and additional training as needed.

* Level 2 health and social care qualification or equivalent.
