We are looking for a Training Administrator to join our IT team here at Harrods. You will provide administrative support to the Training team within the Future Retail Programme, including scheduling, managing, and reporting on all aspects of deploying training, both digital and facilitator-led, and LMS management.
This is a 6-month fixed-term position.
About The Role
The Training Administrator will predominantly support the roll-out of high-volume systems and process training to support the launch of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within Harrods. The role will work closely with the wider Training Team and PMO to ensure consistency and best practice.
You will also:
* Ensure all learners are booked onto the correct courses
* Manage room bookings
* Upload eLearning courses, assessments, and other materials to the LMS
* Test eLearning content functionality prior to deployment
About You
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will demonstrate excellent communication and attention to detail, along with a collaborative approach to working across various departments and levels of the organization. Experience in coordinating training sessions and events is essential, as is a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
