What You'll Do
As Finance Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the finance team across a range of transactional activities, with a particular focus on cash allocations and bank reconciliations. Your responsibilities will include:
7. Allocating incoming payments accurately to client accounts
8. Posting and printing cheques as part of the daily finance process
9. Maintaining accurate records across multiple bank accounts
10. Managing daily bank reconciliations and monitoring treasury activity
11. Processing direct debits and handling internal fund transfers
12. Setting up and tracking international and multi-currency payments
13. Liaising with banks and resolving payment issues promptly
14. Monitoring and actioning the shared finance inbox
15. Supporting internal teams with financial reporting and compliance
16. Ensuring all financial tasks are completed to deadline and audit standards
About You
17. Minimum of 2 years' experience in finance administration, accounts support, or a similar role
18. Strong background in cash allocations and reconciliations
19. Confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
20. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records
21. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; experience with ERP or finance systems preferred
22. Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused attitude
23. Experience handling foreign currency or international payments is a plus
