This is a varied, high-impact role focused on turning goals into consistent, high-quality outputs, improving inbound performance through SEO and website optimisation, and supporting commercial growth through reliable, measurable marketing delivery.

The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will deliver, execute and continuously optimise the global marketing strategy across all Forsyth Barnes brands, ensuring marketing activity drives measurable commercial impact.
This role focuses on shaping & executing the marketing approach that enables Forsyth Barnes to achieve its marketing & events goals. You’ll have ownership for developing the plans, selecting the channels and delivering the activity that drives high‑quality, high‑ROI marketing output, supports sales, strengthens brand presence and delivers commercial outcomes across our brands.
Marketing Planning & Delivery
* Translate the global marketing strategy into clear, actionable marketing plans
* Build quarterly marketing plans with clear priorities, timelines, deliverables & outputs
* Ensure all activity aligns to brand positioning, messaging, tone‑of‑voice & commercial goals
* Balance short‑term activity with long‑term brand building and market authority
Digital Growth & Performance Marketing
* Execute & optimise SEO and website activity to improve inbound performance
* Own ongoing website optimisation, analytics & reporting to improve:
* inbound lead flow
* conversion rate
* Identify and action commercial digital opportunities that support growth across all brands
Content, Social & Market Presence
* Own the content engine across the business, ensuring high standards and consistency
* Create and oversee content including:
* social content and campaigns
* blogs and articles
* success stories / case studies
* brand messaging and commercial announcements
* Manage website and social platforms to ensure they remain up‑to‑date, refreshed and engaging
* Improve market presence to strengthen:
* client attraction
* talent attraction
Email Marketing & Nurture
* Design, deliver and optimise email marketing campaigns and nurture journeys aligned to commercial objectives
* Build and improve nurture journeys to increase engagement and conversion
* Ensure messaging feels premium, aligned, and commercially relevant
Personal Branding & Market Engagement
* Deliver a consistent, scalable approach to personal branding across the business
* Guide consultants to elevate their LinkedIn presence through:
* content consistency
* purposeful engagement with target audiences
* Drive market engagement across LinkedIn and social channels
* Support consultants with sales enablement assets where needed (campaign support, messaging, collateral)
Trend Awareness & Continuous Improvement
* Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates and digital tools
* Keep Forsyth Barnes at the forefront of best practice, modern, relevant and high‑performing
* Improve workflows, templates and marketing processes to keep delivery smooth and scalable
