SciPro is partnered with a globally recognised biopharmaceutical company, renowned for its commitment to transforming the lives of patients affected by rare and neurodegenerative diseases. Following recent Phase 3 success and anticipating its second product approval, the organisation is expanding rapidly and offering an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join its UK commercial office in Shoreham-by-Sea.
In this vital role, you will provide administrative and organisational support across multiple functions, including Medical, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Market Access. Your responsibilities will span diary management, meeting coordination, events and conferences, contracts administration, and general office oversight. While experience in these functional areas is not essential, a background in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment would be beneficial.
You will be joining a collaborative, purpose-driven team, and full training will be provided on internal systems. This role is perfect for someone highly organised, proactive, and looking to contribute to a company with an award-winning culture and meaningful mission.
This position will begin as a contract role, with the possibility of becoming permanent in the new year. The role is hybrid, and regular on-site presence is required.
