Job Details
* Salary: £25,500 to £30,600 per annum (OTE) + Hybrid company car + Incentives
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
* Location: Watford, Luton, North West London, and surrounds

This Sales Executive role is with Smollan, working exclusively on our Weetabix team. Get ready to make your mark in the world of sales with a company that values innovation, passion, and results.
Your Mission
* Develop strong in-store relationships within Asda, Tesco, Morrison’s, and Sainsbury’s
* Implement a defined perfect store model to optimize store and customer performance
* Increase visibility and availability by working closely with stores to maintain stock levels and secure secondary displays
* Maximize brand awareness and introduce new product opportunities using data, your sales expertise, and the relationships you build at the store level
Qualifications
* A full manual UK driving license for at least 12 months
* Exceptional relationship‑building and negotiation skills as well as commitment to delivering excellent customer service
* Confidence in working with data to drive sales insights
* The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
