Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails: Assist with guest requests such as providing VIP room amenities etc. Communicate and collaborate with Housekeeping Supervisors to ensure smooth operations Maintain linen and stores in a tidy and organised manner Stock and distribute linens to various departments as needed Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in linen storage areas Perform regular inventory checks to ensure sufficient stock levels Support the housekeeping team by delivering guest requests and stocking carts Handle heavy loads and perform physical tasks such as lifting and transporting linens Safety and Company Policies: Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures. Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager. Complete safety training and certifications.
