* Salary: £32,000 – £42,000 Basic (Depending on experience)
* Bonus: Uncapped performance bonus scheme (Realistic £50,000 OTE)

What You'll Be Doing
As a Prestige Technician / Master Mechanic / Diagnostic Expert in our top-tier Newport facility, you will:
* Move away from high-volume "fast-fit" work and focus entirely on precision engineering and complex fault-finding.
* Service, repair, and diagnose premium vehicles to strict, high-level manufacturer standards.
* Utilize cutting-edge diagnostic technology and workshop equipment to isolate intricate mechanical and electrical faults.
* Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and routine precision maintenance.
* Stay at the absolute cutting edge of automotive technology through continuous manufacturer-led development.
What We Need
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is preferred.
* Experience: Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, or Diagnostic Specialist (a background with premium brands or manufacturer-specific environments is a plus).
* Compliance: A full UK Driving License is required.
* Mindset: A passion for continuous learning, an interest in hybrid/EV technology, and a distinct pride in high-quality workmanship.
