Overview
HR Director, (Branded Hospitality business) with salary £120,000 depending on experience. Location: Bristol area with home working and travel. This role is about building a fantastic new look and vision for the hospitality business, helping create a new culture at site level, and overseeing all areas of the HR function while managing a team of 8+.
Responsibilities
* Head an established HR structure that strives for excellence in HR, focusing on operations as well as head office functions to enable the UK team to deliver high-quality service to customers. This is a hands-on role.
* Oversee the development and implementation of HR processes across the organisation, including training, recruitment, HR, and employee relations.
The Ideal HR Director Will Have
* In-depth understanding of HR policies and processes
* 5 years experience at HR Director level, showing stability on the CV
* Experience of managing a team, influencing at all levels and presenting at board level
* In-depth knowledge of Employment Law
* Experience of project and change management; company acquisition experience would be an advantage
* Driving continuous service improvement
* Developing employee engagement at all levels
* Overseeing the development and implementation of management talent planning
* Experience of using metrics to drive performance
* Experience in hospitality, retail or leisure
* Global experience desirable
