They are looking to recruit a Trainee or Junior Estimator to join their Pre-Construction Team. Do you have experience in Groundworks, Civils or the Residential New Build Sector? I’m looking to speak with individuals that might have up to a couple years experience or candidates that have a construction related qualification who may come in at entry level as a trainee. So you will be supporting the Estimating Division in learning to prepare projected net cost models for proposed projects, managing and overseeing the full tender process and will be collaborating with other departments, sub-contractors and the client. You will be helping to develop new and existing client relationships, attend internal and external meetings and attend regular site visits to gain a better understanding of the full project timeline/process. Candidate Requirements: - Full Driving License - Desire to have a career in Construction - Estimating experience with Groundworks/Civils/Construction (beneficial) - Proficient in AutoCAD (Beneficial) - Oragnised, able to work in a fast paced environment - Computer literate - Effective Communicator - Hardworking and driven If you feel you have the necessary skills, attitude and experience I look forward to hearing from you
