Our client is looking for a Project Co-ordinator responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a project, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget, managing schedules, tracking progress, and communicating updates to stakeholders, working closely with the project manager to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities:
* Creating and maintaining project time lines and monitoring progress against the schedule.
* Facilitating communication between project team members, stakeholders, clients and project manager, including regular status updates and meeting minutes.
* Tracking project expenses against the budget and keeping track of variances.
* Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies with project Manager
* Maintaining project documentation including project plans, and reports. Ensuring all images are approved to the highest of standards by either getting sign of from the client or ensuring they are matching the planogram been provided by the client
* Handling administrative tasks related to the projects including making store bookings where necessary for projects.
* Ensuring that the transport side of the business is always kept on top of and assisting where necessary.
* Flexibility to support the company in other areas which may be required to suit the business's needs.
Required skills:
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
* Clear and concise communication with all stakeholders
* Ability to identify and address errors in project plans and deliverables
* Resolving issues that may arise during project execution
* Familiarity with project managing software.
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
