To do this, we’re looking for a Visual Designer who will define and scale the Wordsmith brand across every touchpoint - from product UI and marketing campaigns to events, social, and beyond. What you’ll do Building and evolving the Wordsmith brand identity for use across product, marketing, and communications Designing a consistent visual system that works across web, mobile, campaigns, events, and social channels Creating marketing and sales collateral that communicates our story clearly and powerfully Collaborating closely with product designers, engineers, and marketers to bring brand and product closer together Driving consistency across all touch points — from typography and colour systems to motion and layout Participating in design critiques — both giving and receiving feedback to sharpen the work What we look for in you 5 years of experience in Visual, Brand, or Marketing Design A strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital and brand design Mastery of visual design craft: typography, color, composition, and interaction Proven ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visual systems and campaigns Fluency in Figma and design/prototyping tools (motion and 3D skills are a plus) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfort operating in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment Collaborative, low ego, and open-minded - you care as much about the team’s success as your own Nice to have Familiarity with creating, maintaining, and scaling design systems Experience using AI tools to speed up workflows, explore concepts, or build rapid prototypes What you can expect A high-trust environment with meaningful ownership over what you design Real-world product challenges - security, performance, usability - at the heart of legal workflows A tight-knit team of engineers, designers, legal minds, and builders Competitive salary, meaningful equity, and the opportunity to shape an early product and team At Wordsmith AI, you’ll have the chance to build a brand that defines a new category of technology.
