Job Overview
Oxford Brookes University is seeking a full‑time, fixed‑term Admissions Co‑ordinator (18 months) to support the Marketing, Recruitment & Engagement Directorate. The role reports to the Director of Marketing, Recruitment & Engagement and works closely with student recruitment teams and senior colleagues to deliver an admissions service that is data‑driven, applicant‑focused and compliant with sector standards.
Responsibilities
* Lead the strategic development and implementation of admissions policy and service design to support UK and global recruitment ambitions.
* Drive transformation initiatives to enhance applicant experience and operational efficiency.
* Lead the offer‑making strategy to support recruitment and widening access goals.
* Anticipate sector changes and advise senior leadership on policy implications.
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree (preferably postgraduate) with demonstrable knowledge of UK and international admissions frameworks.
* Extensive experience in leading and managing university admissions or student recruitment.
* Ability to interpret and use admissions data and insights to inform recruitment strategy.
