We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Graduate to join our network of fantastic Primary Schools as a Teaching Assistant. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the classroom, support pupils’ learning and development, and work alongside inspiring educators.

Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour
Responsibilities
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons, meeting the needs of all children.
* Support individual pupils and small groups to boost learning and confidence.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
* Help with classroom organisation, displays, and administrative tasks.
* Contribute to the social, emotional, and academic development of young children.
* Complete CPD to help you with your roles and responsibilities, e.g. Phonics training.
About You
* A degree in Early Childhood Studies, Education, or a related field.
* A genuine passion for working with children in the early stages of education.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, creativity, and a caring nature.
* Experience in a school or nursery setting (desirable but not essential).
