St Bartholomew’s CofE Academy is a welcoming one‑form entry primary school with nursery provision. Working closely with our central team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustained school improvement, securing strong teaching and learning, and modelling a leadership style rooted in kindness, ambition and professional curiosity. The school has benefited from a model of Executive Headship over the past two years, and Ofsted inspected the school in February 2026 and celebrated many successes, which have hugely improved standards across the school. We are confident that the school has strong foundations and now is the right time for the Executive Headteacher to take a step back from the school and hand the reigns over to a dedicated Headteacher, who will be able to make their own mark while building on these strong foundations that have been built through hard work, dedication, and love.
