Location: London Store Support Centre & Home. Colleagues go into the office 2 days per week on average.
What You'll Do
You will play a crucial role in business partnering with the Nectar360 team, supporting the delivery of the growth plan for this dynamic and rapidly expanding area. Your key responsibilities include owning the financial planning processes for Nectar360, managing the 5‑year plan, budgeting and forecasting. You will interpret management reporting, provide insightful analysis and commentary to stakeholders, and identify risks and opportunities to drive decisions that enhance performance and improve profit/cost outcomes. You will collaborate with various teams, complete ad‑hoc analysis, support business projects and contribute to simplification efforts while maintaining strong financial controls and prioritising effectively.
Who You Are
You are a seasoned finance professional with a proven track record of driving excellent financial and commercial performance through effective business partnering and strategic financial planning. You have a strong commercial acumen, can distil complex data into actionable insights, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. You focus on continuous improvement, simplification, risk identification and maintain strong financial controls in an autonomous, collaborative environment.
Essential Criteria
* Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with demonstrable commercial finance experience (additional FP&A experience desirable).
* Demonstrable delivery of improved financial and commercial performance, applying commercial insight to support decision‑making.
* Proven experience communicating financial information to senior stakeholders, adapting style for varying levels of understanding.
* Evidence of maintaining effective financial controls and delivering accurate outcomes, working autonomously and managing competing priorities.
* Demonstrated use of finance BI tools to improve productivity.
