As a Senior Business Administrator, you'll be central to the success of the team-supporting the efficiency and everyday running of the service by managing information, coordinating meetings, handling customer and client requests, and maintaining accurate records. Whether you're producing minutes for high-level meetings, supporting budget monitoring, or helping to streamline our administrative systems, your contribution will make a real difference.

We are looking for candidates that can demonstrate:
* Strong Leadership Skills: A senior administrator must demonstrate strong leadership abilities, supporting the LADO team in developing new systems. They should be able to make informed decisions and provide clear direction, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards the same objectives.
* Communication Skills: Effective communication is vital in our line of work. A senior administrator should be able to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
* In-depth Knowledge of Systems such as SharePoint, Excel, Outlook. Knowledge of LCS is desirable.
* Problem-solving and Analytical Skills: Our work involves dealing with challenging and sensitive issues. A senior administrator should possess strong problem-solving skills, enabling them to identify and address issues effectively. They should also be able to analyse data and trends to inform decision-making.
* Empathy and Emotional Intelligence: Working in the LADO Service requires a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence. A senior administrator should be able to connect with the team, understanding and responding to the team's needs with compassion and sensitivity. This trait is crucial for building trust and fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
