Location: Christeyns Technologies Ireland, Claremorris, Country Mayo, Ireland.
Start date: Immediate.
Main Duties
The main responsibilities of this role are to provide financial support for the senior management team; this support will include but is not limited to the following:
1. Completion of monthly management accounts.
2. Co-ordination and communication with internal stakeholders.
3. Provide support and cover for existing office administration for payables and receivables etc.
4. Assistance with production of Health, Safety and Environmental documentation.
5. Co-ordinate the sourcing of group marketing materials and sales aids.
6. Assist in the co-ordination of any business meetings.
7. Provide financial inputs to management with tasks associated with the various Christeyns business units.
8. Assistance with finance aspects of our operation including bank reconciliations, credit control, purchase ledger, VAT returns, on-line banking.
Essential Criteria
9. Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
10. Must have a good level of numeracy and literacy skills.
11. Able to demonstrate good organisation skills.
12. Ability to travel, throughout Ireland with overnight stays if required.
13. Possess a strong ‘team player’ work ethic.
14. Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
15. Ability to provide a pro-active customer service with a confident nature.
16. Fully conversant and skilled in the use Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and Power Point.
17. Experience of working in a Business-to-Business office environment.
Desirable Criteria
18. Experience in similar financial accounting role.
19. Qualifications or experience as an accounting technician.
This role is a maternity cover role, expected to be for a duration of 1-year.
