Starting Salary: £28,024.30per Anum depending on experience (negatable)

We are a growing and fast-paced transport company based in Upminster, Essex, providing reliable and efficient logistics services across the UK. Due to expansion, we are seeking a motivated and organised Office Manager to support our day-to-day operations and lead our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of the office
* Provide support to the transport and logistics team
* Liaise with drivers, customers, and suppliers
* Handle administrative duties including scheduling, compliance, and reporting
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
* Proven experience in office administration or management
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Experience in the transport or logistics industry is preferred but not essential
