You will work independently and as part of a wider maintenance team, ensuring homes remain safe, functional, and compliant. This is a customer-facing role, so professionalism and strong communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Carry out day-to-day responsive electrical repairs in occupied and void social housing properties. Diagnose and rectify electrical faults quickly and efficiently. Undertake minor electrical installations, and upgrades Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and internal safety standards. Maintain accurate job records using mobile or digital reporting systems. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional approach at all times.Essential Qualifications & Requirements City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671). C&G 2391 (or equivalent qualification in Inspection & Testing). Full UK driving licence. Experience working in social housing, domestic maintenance, or responsive repairs.
