Offer description

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Liaising and assisting the logistics manager to coordinate the logistics operations on site
2. Supervising and coordinating logistics labor on site to include but not limited to; maintaining roadways & walkways, coordination with all trade partners, lifting operations as required, Cleaning activities and traffic marshalling activities.
3. Managing Dornan plant and assets onsite.
4. Maintaining provisions of materials and consumables for site use.
5. Attendance to DABS and Coordination meetings representing Dornan.
6. Ensuring safe & correct handling of all materials.
7. Managing deliveries, coordination of deliveries via the online system.
8. Managing lifting, coordination of lifting via the online system. Of DWGs each week to highlight safety systems, access/egress and evolution of site.

Experience R equired:

9. Candidates must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
10. Candidates must be proficient in MS office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
