Job Description
You will own the end-to-end customer adoption journey, bridging the gap between engineering and UK real estate agencies. By sitting in branch offices, you will map workflows, configure AI agents, and train staff in person. This high‑intensity role combines technical debugging and SQL analytics with hands‑on, face‑to‑face operational implementation.

What You Will Do
* Take new agency customers from signed contract to fully live in under 7 days by conducting in‑person training and workflow mapping at branch offices.
* Triage complex technical issues and customer bugs independently using SQL, log inspection, and codebase reading before escalating to engineering.
* Build a comprehensive training curriculum from scratch, including documentation, videos, and certification paths to drive daily active usage across all customer branches.
The ideal candidate
* Deep technical background with a CS degree or equivalent, capable of reading Python, TypeScript, and writing advanced SQL queries independently.
* Proven ability to operate in high‑intensity environments, willing to work a 6‑day week and travel frequently to customer sites across the UK.
* An "AI‑native" maker who uses tools like Cursor and Claude to ship internal tools and training materials significantly faster than traditional methods.
