We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to help grow a vibrant business whilst becoming a valued member of the team.
The role:
RES supply a bespoke high-end service to royal establishments, private hospital groups, Universities and the NHS. These clients require a large variety of electrical items as well as other commercial goods.
The main tasks would include:
1. Handling enquiries from clients via telephone calls and emails as efficiently and accurately as possible.
2. Assisting with delivery coordination and liaising with key suppliers.
The ideal candidate will help to maximise sales by providing high levels of customer service as well as promoting the Company’s name and reputation. It is essential to build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
The person:
* Enthusiastic and motivated with good common sense.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Good electrical product knowledge and sales experience is desirable but not essential.
* Computer literate with an understanding of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel.
Salary up to £25,000 p.a. + training + bonus + career progression. (OTE earnings up to £32,000 p.a.). Salary & bonus negotiable depending on experience.
The hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:30 and the role is full time and office based (no hybrid working).
