Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 (DOE)

Opportunities like this don’t come up often. We’re looking for a strong Senior Buyer to join an award-winning property developer that’s about to take a big step forward – moving from a successful local business to a major regional one, working on bigger and more ambitious projects. A great package is available along with a degree of flexibility in working pattern.
The company mainly builds homes, but also works across different types of property. So far, they’ve grown steadily using their own money and kept a real family feel to the business – everyone wants to hold on to that as much as possible. With new investment coming in, the projects are getting larger, so they now need to bring in one or two key people to help take things to the next level.
This role will start as Senior Buyer but has clear potential to grow into something bigger and more senior as the company expands.
We’re happy to consider people from either a developer or main contractor background.
What you’ll need:
* Experience running procurement across multiple projects
* Good track record building and managing supplier relationships
* Proven ability to get materials and services delivered on time and on budget
* Comfortable working on projects across the country
