Temporary Office Administrator Salary: £13.50 per hour IMMEDIATE START Location: Birmingham, B7 Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Office-based | Temporary Holidays: 21 days bank holidays Parking: Roadside parking available We are seeking a proactive individual with excellent administrative skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. While being a strong team player, the successful candidate must also be comfortable working independently, as they will often be based alone. Key Responsibilities Office & Administration: Manage calls, emails, and Outlook calendars while overseeing reception duties. Training & Compliance: Monitor training requirements, book sessions, and maintain compliance records. Office & Vehicle Management: Manage supplies, oversee cleaning contracts, track vehicle bookings, MOTs, and compliance checks. Purchasing & Event Coordination: Raise purchase orders and organise staff and client events. Workwear & Holidays: Oversee uniform stock and manage holiday records. Works in Progress (WIP): Process new enquiries, quotes, and job conversions. Senior Staff Support: Assist with reports, procurement, and accreditation updates. Regulations & Compliance: Manage schedules, calibration checks, and ISO 9001 compliance. Driver & Vehicle Tracking: Monitor driver performance and vehicle tracking reports. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in office administration or management. Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and office systems. Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards (training provided).
