About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on role working on everything from rugged 4x4s and bespoke builds to race-prepared vehicles and performance conversions. You'll be part of a forward-thinking, well-equipped workshop where problem-solving and technical skill are genuinely valued.
As part of our in-house motorsport race team, you'll also have the opportunity to support off-road and motorsport events across the UK and overseas.
What You'll Be Doing
* Servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on 4x4s, race vehicles, and road cars
* Supporting fabrication, welding, and custom modification projects
* Diagnosing and repairing electrical, air conditioning, and hybrid/EV systems
* Preparing and maintaining race vehicles for testing and competition
* Working closely within a skilled, collaborative workshop team
* Maintaining exceptional standards of safety, accuracy, and workmanship

What We're Looking For
* Hands-on experience as a Car Mechanic or Vehicle Technician (formal qualifications not essential)
* Interest or experience in 4x4s, motorsport, fabrication, or performance vehicles
* Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
* Team-focused attitude with pride in high-quality work
* Passion for automotive engineering, motorsport, or off-road vehicles
