The Role
Lead, coach and develop a technical support/operations team
Create a positive, collaborative team culture
Support day‑to‑day operations with the Data Centre Manager
Improve processes, tooling and service reliability
Promote Agile ways of working
Ensure systems and services remain stable and continuously improved
What You'll Need
3-5 years' leadership experience within IT operations/infrastructure
Some Linux exposure (admin‑level understanding is enough)
Experience with tools like Puppet, Ansible or Zabbix (or similar)
Strong communicator and decision‑maker
ITIL Foundation (or willingness to gain it)
