Job Description The GSOC is the coordination focal point for security operations monitoring and crisis response across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). The GSOC operates 24/7, 365 days a year, OAs and management. As a Operations Analyst you will be the i nitial point of contact for enquires and communications with national and international clients by monitoring and responding to alarm activations across many different countries. Where necessary you will be providing advice to callers and reporting incidents using the designated reporting procedures and protocols set out by our clients. You will also be maintaining appropriate and timely coordination between client sites, personnel, and the appropriate Global Physical Security (GPS) and other Lines of business management on a daily basis.
