We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and experienced support workers to join our floating team at Dimensions.
As a Floating Support Worker, you will work across various Dimensions locations, supporting core staff teams with the same high level of training and expertise to provide positive and engaging support.
We aim to help people get the most out of life, including those we support and our staff. We provide training and mentoring to help you progress in this varied and engaging role.
Important: This role covers Weymouth, Dorchester, and surrounding areas. Due to the large coverage area, a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.
Hours are guaranteed, and shifts are booked 4 weeks in advance to promote a healthy work/life balance.
